Meet Our Staff

Brian Cudzilo
Branch Manager
1ST TEAM Staffing Services, Inc.

Brian Cudzilo is the Branch Manager at the Arbutus Recruitment Center. He started with 1ST TEAM Staffing Services, Inc. in 2004 as a staffing coordinator. Brian is a dedicated, hardworking individual who is constantly determined to meet all clients’ expectations.

Prior to working at 1ST TEAM Staffing Brian was the Logistics Coordinator of Frank Moran & Sons. He was responsible for the scheduling, training, and managing of the entire shipping and receiving department.

Brian is a graduate of Mt. Hebron High School. He continued his education at the University of Maryland where he received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Logistics in 2001.
