Founded in 1982, 1ST TEAM has forged an identity as a staffing leader throughout the Mid-Atlantic region specializing in the recruitment and placement of professional and temporary staffing. Locally owned and operated 1ST TEAM is able to offer its clients unmatched customer service and flexibility usually not found with larger national agencies. This local knowledge allows us the ability to adapt to the trends as they change in the area. With over 200 clients in four states 1ST TEAM has an established identity throughout the region. With rapid growth and success 1ST TEAM now has more than $20 million in sales annually, but is still able to maintain its business goals and hands-on approach to staffing. Our
