BENEFITS

1ST TEAM offers a number of benefits to our Temporary Associates. Below is a description of each. Please contact your Staffing Coordinator if you have any questions.

  • Referral Bonus: If you refer an employee to us who is placed on an assignment, completes 80 hours of work, and maintains a clean safety record, you are eligible for a bonus of $20.

  • Holiday Pay: Once you reach 750 consecutive hours within a calendar year and have a clean safety record with no safety violations and you work a complete day before and complete day after the holiday, you are eligible for 8 hours of Holiday Pay on the following 6 days – New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

  • Vacation Pay: Once you reach 1600 consecutive hours within a calendar year, you are eligible for 5 Paid Vacation days. You must have a clean safety record with no safety violations and you must follow all of 1ST TEAM’s policies and procedures. This benefit can be claimed only once in any 52-week period.

  • Health Insurance: Health Insurance is available to all employees who have worked over 1500 consecutive hours within a calendar year.  Please contact your staffing coordinator for more information.

  • 401K: We offer all temporary associates the ability to participate in a 401(k) Savings Program.

  • Direct Deposit/Direct Pay: We make it as easy as possible for you to get paid.
